Our online store operates 24/7. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase. Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare and pack your order and does not include transit time.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shiny Cards TCG Shop is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

We currently ship orders within the United States using USPS.
Shipping methods available at checkout may vary based on order size, weight, and destination.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping option.

Free shipping promotions, if offered, are subject to change and may include exclusions.

Shipping availability and restrictions are subject to change without notice.


Order Processing & Shipment

While most orders ship within 2–4 business days, processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high order volume, promotions, or product launches.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).


Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related delays. Shiny Cards TCG Shop does not guarantee delivery dates.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Shiny Cards TCG Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking indicates that the order has been delivered.

We do not replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with any information you may need.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Hawaii
  • Alaska
  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses
  • P.O. Box addresses

Orders placed to restricted locations may be canceled and refunded.

These restrictions are due to increased shipping costs, extended delivery times, and logistical limitations. We appreciate your understanding.
